New ADONZ president Laura McLaren

The 2025 ADONZ general meeting saw Laura McLaren elected as president after Courtney Chellew’s term ended.

Other changes in the executive committee included the appointment of Genna Morrison as vice president, Vineet Chauhan as secretary/treasurer and Kerry Bleaken joining Vanessa Cumming and Russell Woodland on the executive council. The Continuing Education Committee now includes Samantha Fleming, Michelle Burnett, Amy van der Merwe, Belinda Le Roux, Debbie Stuart and Izzy Southwick, with Pene Fox, Sarah Canham, Steve Stenersen and Kristine Hammond on the Optiblocks Education Committee. Ella Stewart is the new student rep for the New Zealand students, a new position created this year, and Hayley Bendall remains as administrator extraordinaire!
